Heat pumps

Heat pumps are energy units, which allow getting the heat by using a transfer of the heat energy of the low-potential source to the heat transfer agent with higher temperature. 

As a source of the low - potential heat can be used:

  • pipe flows;
  • water of water recycling systems;
  • mine water, underground water, deep-well water;
  • water from rivers, lakes, sees;
  • ground;
  • air;
  • heat of ventilation's and conditioning's system;
  • other sources of non used heat.
Application :
Heat pumps are used for auto heating and hot water supplying of living and industrial buildings; heat supplying and hot water supplying of personal accommodations, industrial buildings and offices; cooling and supporting of constant water temperature of technological cycles, what allows controlling and regulation of temperature conditions of the heat transfer agent, and also changing of a bulk, expensive opened type cooling system.
Technical characteristics:
   Heat productivity of the heat pump's family:
  • from 11 to 170 kilowatt on the basis of spiral hermetic compressors;
  • from 120 to 1890 kilowatt on the basis of screw half-hermetic compressors;
  • from 400 to 10000 kilowatt on the basis of screw compressors of Grasso company.

Spiral compressor – Copeland (compressor's quantity -from 1 to 3pcs.).
Working body – Freon R407С.
Supply voltage - 380 watt
It's possible to produce ammonia heat pumps with capacity fron 400 kilowatt to 10 megawatt and with supply voltage up to 6 kilowatt  on personal request.

The main principle of operation of the heat pump:

 Effectiveness:
The heat pump effectiveness characterizes its coefficient of conversion, which corresponds to the ratio between the heat, received in the heat pump and the capacity expenditure of the heat pump's compressor drive. This coefficient for heat pumps can be between 3 and 5. Thereby, supplying the heat pump, for example, with 1 kilowatt of electricity, receiving of 3-5 kilowatt of the heat power is provided.
