Non-standardized equipment

Poltava Turbomechanical Plant produces non-standardized equipment including equipment for metallurgical and ore mining and processing complexes in accordance with customer's documents. This equipment consists of separate units and components of weight up to 20 tons with component's size that require machining with diameter up to 4000 mm, height up to 2000 mm.
Body components can be of welded or welded and cast construction with machining. Their durability can be hydro tested if necessary.

Body components can be produced of rolled performs with thickness up to 30 mm.

Tool room produces punches, molds, special cuttings tools and other kinds of production tools.

Machine-shop equipment, 4 manufacturing centers and more than 70 machines with computer control among them allows to machine details with diameter up to 2500 mm and length up to 8000 mm with high accuracy.

We work with constant stability in spite of economical and financial difficulties. Systematic masrering of new kinds of production helps to achieve such results. During last year the enterprise has not reduced nomenclature and production volume but mastered manufacture of more than 25 kinds of new products.

The plant includes foundry, press shop, tool room, mechanic processing and assembly shops, thermal and spring sections.

Foundry produces the following types of casting:

• steel, weighting out from 0.5 to 600 kg
• cast iron, weighting out from 0.1 to 2000 kg
• aluminium, weighting out from 0.1 to 30 kg
• non-ferrous, weighting out from 0.1 to 300 kg
• precision, weighting out from 0.004 to 5 kg

Press shop produces:

• swaging, weight - up to 3 kg
• swims forging, weight - up to 150 kg
• cold stamping, weight - up to 8 mm
• all type of gas cuttings, ect.
  

Due to long-term stable cooperation with accessory manufactures, obtaining intermediate products of larger dimensions is guaranteed.

During the last year manufacture of more than 30 products for ore mining and processing complexes and metallurgical plants was mastered:

• preheating rotor with output of 12500 and 1400 m3/min;
• hanging beams;
• slide gates;
• transporter chains;
• power - driving roller;
• series of cog wheels;
• mixer rotor;
• rotor of Barmak type;
• units of main protector cap, ect.

The plant carries out major repairs of metal-working machines.
